Walking in Killarney

Walking in Killarney will bring you to Nature and unique Wildlife where ever you go. 2007 saw the start of a re-introduction programme of the White Tailed Sea Eagle in Killarney. Today you can regulary see these Eagles in Killarney / Kerry and beyond. ( photo above near the lake hotel)

A walk to Torc Waterfall from the Lake Hotel will include Muckross Abbey, Muckross House, Working Traditional Farms, with Boathouse & Arthur Youngs Walk in under 6 miles. You can walk to Muckross Abbey 1 mile

You can Walk around inside the Abbey and you will find some of it closed while renovations are being carried out.
